A Fork for Every Table Setting

When restaurants, hotel groups and retail buyers around the world need a reliable fork manufacturer in China, they turn to Stelmont. Since 2005, we've been producing stainless steel forks at our vertically integrated factory in Jieyang, Guangdong — a city globally recognised as the centre of cutlery manufacturing. Every fork we make goes through five stages of quality control before it leaves our facility, so what arrives at your warehouse is exactly what was agreed.

Our fork range covers every dining occasion. Whether you're outfitting a Michelin-starred dining room with heavy-gauge 18/10 dinner forks, supplying a casual bistro chain with clean-lined salad forks, building a dessert fork collection for a boutique hotel, or sourcing elegant seafood forks for an upscale seafood restaurant — we manufacture all four categories in-house, which means one supplier, one shipment and one quality standard across your entire programme.

Factory-direct pricing removes the middleman entirely. Combined with full OEM and ODM capabilities — from silhouette design through laser engraving to branded retail packaging — Stelmont is positioned as a true manufacturing partner, not just a catalogue supplier.

Seafood Fork
Dessert Fork
Salad Fork

A shorter, lighter companion to the dinner fork, designed for salad, appetiser and first-course service. Our salad forks run 17–19 cm and share the same design language as our dinner fork collections, so your table setting stays visually coherent from first course to dessert. Popular for restaurant chains and hospitality groups ordering matching sets across multiple piece types.

Narrow, long-tined and purpose-built for extracting crab, lobster, prawn and other shellfish. Our seafood forks feature two slim tines on a slender handle, typically 14–17 cm long, and are a staple order for seafood restaurants, cruise liners and upscale catering operations. The design works equally well as an oyster fork or a cocktail fork — versatile enough for diverse menu formats.

Refined proportions for the final course. Our dessert forks — typically 15–18 cm with three or four slender tines — are engineered to handle everything from delicate pastry to dense chocolate cake. They're a favourite among boutique hotels and patisseries that want a piece that feels purposeful rather than simply a miniaturised dinner fork. Custom handle shapes and decorative detailing are straightforward for OEM orders.

Fork Sourcing — Answered

Everything buyers typically ask before placing their first fork order with a Chinese manufacturer.

Can you engrave our restaurant or hotel logo on the forks?

Our standard MOQ is 500 sets for any catalogue fork style — dinner, salad, dessert or seafood. For custom OEM designs that require new tooling, the MOQ starts at 1,000 sets. If you're placing a trial run ahead of a larger commitment, we're open to discussing smaller quantities with a modest surcharge. Contact our sales team to work through your specific situation.

Absolutely — and most buyers do. Dinner, salad, dessert and seafood forks can all be consolidated into one sea freight container, keeping your per-unit shipping cost low and simplifying import logistics. We match designs across categories so your complete place setting is cohesive. Mixed-SKU orders are our most common shipment type.

Yes. Our 18/10 and 18/0 stainless steel forks are rated dishwasher-safe up to 85°C and are designed for high-frequency commercial washing cycles. For PVD-coated forks, we recommend lower-intensity cycles to preserve the coating over time — something we flag clearly in product specifications. We're happy to advise on the right grade for your specific use case.

Our forks comply with US FDA 21 CFR food-contact regulations and EU LFGB §30/31 (the German food-contact standard widely accepted across the EU). We also provide REACH compliance documentation and California Prop 65 declarations. Material test reports and migration certificates are included with every shipment — so your customs clearance is straightforward.

For catalogue styles, production runs 20–30 days. OEM orders with new tooling take 45–60 days, including sample development. Sea freight to Europe or the US adds 25–35 days on top. A confirmed, written timeline is provided at order placement — not a general estimate. Air freight is available for urgent programmes at an added cost.

Yes — laser engraving, etching and stamping are all available for logos, monograms and text. Supply your artwork in vector format (AI, EPS or SVG) and our team handles the setup. One-time tooling costs apply but are credited against the value of your order. Engraved forks are popular with hotel groups and restaurant chains that want a branded table experience without the cost of fully custom tooling.

Send us your requirements and our team responds within 24 hours with pricing, a full fork catalogue and sample programme details.
